Single Skin Roof Sheet

Single skin roof sheets are popular with industrial and commercial buildings such as garages. The sheeting can be plastisol coated galvanised steel box profile that can come in a variety of colours and has a guarantee of either 20 or 25 years depending if you are coastal. 

An alternative is to use a HPS finish or Tata ‘Prisma’ finish which would allow for a 40 year guarantee on the coating. We would use an anti condensate backing for these as condensation can form very easily on the underside of garage roofs. If asbestos cement is present we can safely remove this whilst complying to current HSE guidelines and procedures and then dispose of it accordingly.
